Green  /  Amber  /  Red Sheets

So that students are able to reflect on their decision-making and move forward with a solution-focused mindset, all students complete a reflection sheet.  The teacher will determine which colour sheet the student will complete depending on the severity of the misbehaviour.

Green Sheet

When a student is asked to fill out a green sheet, once the sheet has been completed and the matter discussed, the student will remain in class or in the yard.

Amber Sheet

When a student is asked to complete an amber sheet, the student will need to complete their work in another class, or in the event of poor decision-making in the yard, canteen, assembly, will need to remove themselves from the area.  The student will not be able to return to the class/area until a restorative practices meeting has occurred between them and the teacher. This meeting will be convened by the Year Level Leader.

Red Sheet

When a student is asked to complete a red sheet, the student will need to complete their work in the General Office under the supervision of the Assistant Principal/Principal. If the poor decision-making occurs in the yard, canteen, during assembly, the student will also need to meet with the Assistant Principal/Principal.  The student will not be able to return to the class/area until a restorative practices meeting has occurred between them and the teacher. This meeting will be convened by the Assistant Principal/Principal or a member of the Leadership Team. Parents will be contacted in the event of a Red Sheet.
