Numurkah Secondary College employs a dedicated Careers Practitioner who works closely with students to develop individual pathways to employment, university or TAFE.  

Fay Scadden has a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Swinburne University.  

Under Fay’s guidance students develop individual career pathways based upon their skills, interests and personality type.  

Work experience is completed in an identified career interest area.

In collaboration with the Shepparton and District Careers Association (which Fay is Secretary of) she has also developed other career related blogs for use by students and parents in the local Shepparton District. These blogs are free to use and come with a wealth of career related resources.
